I received a letter in detail from a person living in the bay area about how they bought one of our orchids from Costco and wasn't happy with it after he had it for four weeks. I replied with keep an eye out tomorrow for a package being delivered in a white van with blue and yellow colors and the carier was called Ontrac. The next evening I received an email with pure amazement that he received a new plant via Ontrac and that if was in perfect condition and he couldn't be happier. Thanks Ontrac for making this customers day.

So I was leaving on a 3 week driving vacation. My Eye-fi SD memory card for my digital camera broke and I needed a replacement within about 3 days. I had to return it before they would send me a new one. I overnighted them the broken one and they overnighted me the replacement just in time for my trip. Ontrac saved the day for me and my family.

I've had to overnight my husband's dealer license plate, more than once because he forgets to take the plate off. OnTrac's service has been exceptional. Unlike f*d*x who has completely lost their customer service skills. OnTrac makes it a point to go the extra mile.

I'm always glad when I see my order has shipped with OnTrac...it gets here quickly and in great shape. I recently ordered a textbook that I needed right away but was backordered...as soon as it came in it was shipped with OnTrac; I got the shipping email one night, and the package the next day!

About three years ago my wife was working in San Diego at the Olympic Training Center, well I got some candies, teddy bear and some chocolate scented rose petals and sent them with Ontrac! Everything went well and she was very surprised to see that I didn't forget the one I Love!

i don't really get personal stuff through ontrac, i should up my game like the guy getting boudior shots! but i do get all of my offices supplies through quill VERY quickly and that keeps my office happy which in turn keeps me happy. so thanks!! :D

On-Trac always make our franchise the hero of the day. We will get calls late from other warehouses to ship out parts because they know and trust my team to make it happen. This, in turn, puts dollars in both of our pockets. Your competitors simply can not compete with the flexibility and willingness of your Visalia Team! Also, my HIGHEST respect and praise for Lucy and Becky- they have an awesome attitude and work ethic. They go above and beyond whenever we ask!

I work at a professional photo lab where we ship out time sensitve and fragile items and no one else gets our photographs to our customers as safe and on time like OnTrac does. Thank you.

My Company has been with Ontrac for over 10 years. Service has been great. From customer service to my sales rep., have no complaints but good experiences with them. Some of my clients would even ask for their service specifically. Rates and service is exceptional. THANKS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE OVER THE YEARS ONTRAC!!!!!

I'd say the coolest thing I've ever received was money from one of our vendors that performs revenue recovery. I had no idea that OnTrac was all over to the point that our vendors use them for letters. Let's get to the East Coast Guys and save us some more money!!! Great Job.

I love chocolates and the best thing I've gotten thanks to Ontrac delivering was a box made out of chocolate with chocolate filled truffles. Best gift ever!

Let's talk customer service. We publish a monthly magazine that we ship to over 600 locations throughout California. We ship over 700 boxes in one day. There are 3 of us that process the monthly shipment. It takes lots of planning & organization. One month I forgot to order pallets, I came into work on shipping day, went in the warehouse only to realize I had no pallets in which to ship. Talk about panic attack! 
I emailed our rep Nina Heigi who by the way is the best! I also emailed Joe Hoey who works at the dist. center. They sent a driver with 12 pallets to our warehouse in plenty of time to keep the shipment schedule. They saved the day!  
Our readers got their magazines without a hitch.

We use Ontrac to send out overnight pkgs in CA, NV & AZ. So far, they have been great. I haven't had any issues with Ontrac, and even if I did, our CSR always made sure she handled it and that things were taken care of right away.

I got a call from one of the Reps from Ontrac and asked if I would spare 5 min to answer some survey questions. I normally dont participate but having a good relationship with Ontrac I didnt hesitate to be involved. Ontrac's rep was nice and friendly as well. I received a Target gifcard as a thank you for participating and well being a Target fanatic I said to the rep "sweet! scratch mascara off my to buy list." Always a good chat when reached from Ontrac.

My experiences with Ontrac have always been awesome. Whether it be a billing issue or shipment issue, I have only ever received the utmost quality and excellence in customer service. They truly know the meaning of Customer Service which is very rare to find these days no matter where you go to shop or purchase services. Thanks for always making my shipments happy =)

Ronda Johnson at OnTrac has saved me on more than one occasion. Whenever I get a mass mailing project (usually late in the day), I know I can call Ronda and have all of my labels printed and sent to me so that I can get my project out in time. Without her and the excellent staff at OnTrac my packages would be delayed. They continually help me to suceed and are an invaluable part of my team!

I have been using Ontrac for almost 5 years and send out several overnight packages every day of the work-week. I use Ontrac more than any other shipping service because their prices are the best and they are extremely reliable. Not to mention that anytime I have had a problem...ususally on my part...Cindy Beardsley, our wonderful rep, is ready and willing to do her best to solve any problems and get us back on track! I sent a package out for the President of my company that was delayed because of an address error on my part. It was an extremely urgent time sensitive package that needed to be there. I immediately contacted our awesome account rep Courtney Smith, and he saved the day. He was able to intercept, get the package redirected, and have it delivered that same day. Normally it would have been delivered the next business day, but because of the urgency he went up over and beyond the call of duty. Not only was the President of my company satisfied, but he saved my job as well. He always goes the extra mile, gives us great rates, and awesome service. 90% of our shipping is through Ontrac, the other 10% is for areas that Ontrac doesn't service, otherwise they would 100% of our business. We are committed to Ontrac just as Ontrac is committed to their Customers! Thank you to Everyone at Ontrac for Everything you do.

My sister-in-law lives in the bay area. She always puts off her hair appointments until it looks like she's filming "roots"; at which point she colors her hair herself. Needless to say, she always mangles the job. I send her corrective reconstructing products, via ON TRAC, so she can return to being a born-again blonde. I love the Service. It's faster than the U.S. Mail (and I can send the packages from work. Truly hassle free).

I work for a national medical distributor, last week at our yearly meeting we started to compare shipping numbers and dollars, which was a new thing for us. My region stood out from the others. Not just in numbers, but in dollars. Ontrac made me look so good, I'm now in charge of planning our companies shipping operations going forward. I was literally seen as someone ahead of the game and the envy of every other Regional Manager due to Ontrac's incredible service and pricing. As companies are incurring reduced margins, the type of savings a company like Ontrac can add to the bottom line are invaluable.

The best present I get from On Trac is the comments and feed back from my customers. It's always they're here before we're open or I never have to worry about it being late or damaged. And I get pastries from a speciality store in LA in 1 day, they are always fresh.

I have to say when we do our daily packages and heavyweight day in and day out the service and committment is fantastic. When holiday's come our demand is very high in packages and heavyweight pallets and our rep Carol Dunn stays on top of our demand and the whole Ontrac team goes over and above the call of duty to ship hundreds of stores in one day. Ontrac also committed to our company to keep our potted flower plant boxes UPRIGHT or else we couldn't ship single upright boxes to our customers. I know for a fact UPS, or Fed Ex couldn't give us that committment. Thanks for growing our business Ontrac..

Ontrac is the only way I ship anymore. Fedex and UPS are nowhere near as flexible and friendly (and cost-effective!) as Ontrac. I will always be a loyal customer! In fact, I'm shipping stuff now!

At first I thought FedEx & UPS out serviced Ontrac, now three later and many shipments with Ontrac...they have totally changed my mind, Ontrac is top notch and my Rep Cindy made all the difference. Who knew you can get better prices, service, and support.

I returned from Mexico and brought a gift from my mother to my brother that lives in Sacramento. This package was very important and fragile. Inside the box was a figure of a saint - a religious item. So I decided to send via OnTrack and it arrived in good shape and on time. I hand carry this item from Mexico to Los Angeles and then I trusted On-track to do the final step of the trip. I will always recomend Ontrack Great Job!!

A few months back, I received a call from one of my co-workers. She had asked me if she could send out a personal package. I let her know that as long as she takes the cost come invoice time, then she should be okay. She comes up to the front and hands me the package filled with photos and little trinkets. I noticed she had tears in her eyes. She told me that the box was for her husband who was to deploy from a base here in California and she wanted him to have these items to give him a sense of home wherever he was. I was fighting back tears while putting this package together, and I have to say that was the best package I have ever sent out with you guys.

Throughout several years I have sent out several packages and the one that sticks out the most was sending one of my patients a simple surprise. Every day she would call and we would talk for a few minutes then all of a sudden it stopped... I was very concerned she was part on my family. So I sent her a little note and a stuffed animal of a puppy that looked just like the one she described every day. She was so thankful and happy to know I thought of her and helped her through a tough time. Her companion and best friend, token had passed away. Thank you to Bill Smith for making this package arrive so promptly in our time of need.

I cannot think of any other company out there that would take care of my packages the way that Ontrac does. When I stupidly sent packages for Saturday delivery on the weekend when they are closed every single year for Thanksgiving. My two favorite Ontracians Cindy and Bob made it happen and they delivered, and on time! Customer service exceptional and I too enjoy the golf...

Our Company has used Ontrac for years! They are so accommodating as we ship & receive a whole variety of boxes, light/med & heavy weights, varied shapes & sizes. Superb service too. 
I've used it myself to send last minute Birthday gifts to family. The best thing I've received are poly bags! However, I scored high when I sent my daughter in Oregon a lovely evening gown she needed urgently for a special occasion. It got there on time, was a huge success & she is now engaged! : )

Exactax has been using Ontrac for several years to get our packages to Northern California from Anaheim every day during tax season. Everyone involved has done an outstanding job. I have recommended Ontrac to several of our customers to use in the off season and they are all happy with your on time service. Keep up the good work. It has made my job much easier.
