OnTrac’s Delivering Hope sweepstakes is in full swing and we’ve received many entries from businesses nominating their favorite charities. The sweepstakes opened November 6th and runs until December 3rd, at 5PM MT. We encourage all businesses to enter and share the sweepstakes with their communities. Once the sweepstakes comes to a close, one charity will be chosen at random to win the grand prize of a $1,000 donation from OnTrac on behalf of the company that nominated the cause. It’s a great way to give back this season and celebrate the holidays by donating to organizations that are making a difference, and could really benefit from the donation.
To spread awareness, we have highlighted a few of the outstanding charities that have been nominated in our sweepstakes. If you’re looking for a charity to support, we’ve included information for how to get involved and where to donate. Some of the charities nominated in the Delivering Hope promotion are:
- Red Cross
- Lost Our Home Pet Foundation
- The Valley of Flowers Half Century Club
- Pearce Family Foundation
- Wounded Warrior Project
One of the nominated charities includes The Red Cross. The Red Cross is a humanitarian organization that provides education, disaster relief and aid in emergencies during times of need. It prevents and alleviates human suffering in the face of emergencies by mobilizing the power of volunteers and the generosity of donors. Learn more about the cause here.
Nicole from Pyxl has nominated Lost Our Home Pet Foundation. This organization is a no-kill animal shelter that takes in animals left behind from unfortunate circumstances such as foreclosures and the economic downfall. Not only does this foundation help the animals find a forever home but it also aids pet owners during hard times through their programs such as pet food banks and a temporary care program in order to keep their pets. Visit their site here for more information.
The Valley of Flowers Half Century Club has been nominated in our sweepstakes. The non-profit was established in 1976, and its mission has been to promote the welfare of senior citizens age 50+ and the local community. Check out their Facebook page here to find out more about their mission.
Kimberly from Skinapeel Beauty nominated The Pearce Family Foundation. The foundation exists to provide needed financial assistance, mobilize resources and engage the community to support families with a child facing a chronic or life-threatening illness. Visit their website here to learn more.
