OnTrac opened the doors to its 130,000-square-foot facility at Courier Street in Henderson during the fall of 2015. A regional expansion of the company’s operations, the move tripled the size of OnTrac’s operations. The Henderson expansion alone resulted in the addition of more than 60 jobs, and the company now employs approximately 99 people.

Although this incredible project didn’t take the title this year, the reward of a nomination was a great success. OnTrac will continue to strive for greatness with innovative ideas and consistent growth.

OnTrac is ready to support the 9th annual 102.5 KNIX Ben & Matt’s Million Can Crusade for another great year. The main objective is to help St. Vincent de Paul collect cans of non-perishable food to feed hungry families for the 2016 holiday season. Ben and Matt in the Morning from the KNIX radio station, have set a goal to collect one million cans between November 1st and November 23rd.

mcc2.jpg

In 2015, OnTrac collected over 5,000 cans benefitting the cause and made a $1,500 donation. OnTrac plans to do the same this year. A donation of $1,500 was made at the Million Can Crusade kick-off event on November 1, 2016 and the OnTrac Chandler corporate office is in full swing to surpass the previous year’s results. OnTrac creates a positive competition by breaking up the corporate office into teams and honoring the team that collects the most cans. Each team’s contribution helps OnTrac to reach their overall goal of 3,500 cans.

mcc3.jpg

OnTrac Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations Laura Peterson said, “2016 marks the sixth year that OnTrac has participated in the Million Can Crusade. As a company, we look forward to this time of year every year. Personally, I love to see the energy and compassion that each employee brings to the office. We are all working towards the same goal of feeding hungry families for the holidays, but it’s also a great honor to receive the OnTrac Golden Can Award for being the team who donates the most cans to such a wonderful cause.”

In addition to the Million Can Crusade, OnTrac is a proud supporter of giving back to the communities where employees live and serve. Since 2014, OnTrac has given monetary donations of $50,780 to a variety of charities within their eight-state footprint. Customer Service Week is an international celebration that recognizes the people who serve and support customers on a daily basis. In 1992, the U.S. Congress proclaimed Customer Service Week a nationally recognized event, celebrated annually during the first full week in October.

Customer Service Week provides a unique opportunity for service and support professionals around the globe to share in a celebration of the important role that customer service plays in every organization.

At OnTrac, we value our employees for their dedication, loyalty, and hard work every day. To show our appreciation for Customer Service Week this year, we incorporated several events for OnTrac Customer Care agents to participate in during their breaks throughout the week. The activities featured a sports twist to the national theme of “Service Champions.”

Each day at the OnTrac Corporate Office, a different sport was showcased with hosted activities, crafts, and treats that went along with the day’s theme.

  • Wednesday: Football
  • Thursday: Basketball
  • Friday: Who’s Your Champion?

The OnTrac “Show Us Your Wheels” Video Contest Recap

Posted on Sep 20, 2016 11:49:05 AM

ONT_Wheels_FB_Image4_2-1.jpg

OnTrac recently ran the “Show Us Your Wheels” video contest in celebration of our customer spotlight of Rocky Mountain ATV/MC. The promotion began on August 16, 2016 and just wrapped a few days ago on September 10, 2016. Participants were asked to share a 10 to 60 second video of themselves in action on an off-road ATV, dirt bike, UTV, ADV/Dual Sport, or motorcycle. We received several submissions and selected a winner based on fan votes.

Our winner, Candi, shared a great video on Instagram of her 4-year-old son Xavier, smiling ear to ear, with his grandfather, Keith, riding a quad during their time together. Candi says her son fell in love with quads last August when he was visiting his grandfather in Michigan. Her dad, Xavier’s grandfather, is a retired deputy sheriff from California, and moved back to his home state of Michigan to enjoy the outdoors and his favorite pastime of four-wheeling through the woods.

We loved their video and know you will too! Take a look at the winning video by clicking on the image below:

Our winner received the $100 gift card grand prize to Rocky Mountain ATV/MC.
