Since 1957, Shield HealthCare has been an industry leader in at home medical care and supplies. Providing everything from first aid, to ostomy, delivered right to the customer’s door. Shield HealthCare customers rely heavily on their medical supplies, and that is why for the last 20 years Shield HealthCare has partnered with OnTrac. Their mission is to serve the medical supply needs to patients at home with excellence, compassion and exceptional service.
The strive for compassion and exceptional service has lead Shield HealthCare and OnTrac to team up yet again. During the month of August the Delivering Hope with Shield HealthCare photo contest will take place on social media. The photo contest is set to inspire and encouraging those living with a chronic illness or a disability to show the world that living with a chronic illness cannot stop you from living your life the way you want to.
OnTrac and Shield HealthCare will host a social media photo contest starting August 1st through August 15th. From this contest, OnTrac and Shield HealthCare will create hope and empowerment for individuals with a chronic illness or a disability by encouraging them to show how they live their life. Together with Shield HealthCare and Laura from @OstomyLife, OnTrac is encouraging anyone living with a chronic illness or disability to share their story.
If you are living with a chronic illness or a disability, we encourage you to share a photo with us of something that you never thought would be possible. When the photo contest concludes, three winners will be selected at random to receive a $100 gift card. In addition to the contest winners, OnTrac will donate $1 per entry to the United Ostomy Association of America, Inc. Together we can support each other by providing inspiration, resources, and connections! There is no purchase necessary to enter or win. Contestants will enter by submitting photos via our social media channels. Contestants must include #DeliveringHope and #OnTracContest in photo caption to be eligible to win.
This contest is open only to legal U.S. residents within the continental United States, over the age of 18. Employees and contractors of OnTrac are not eligible to win, but may enter the contest. Void where prohibited by law. Contestants residing in those areas where the contest is void may participate in the contest but may not win any prizes.
Disclosing the chronic illness is not necessary to enter or win the contest. At a minimum only hashtags are required to be included in the photo description. All photos submitted will be public as well as the name of the person submitting the photo.
